Best decision I’ve ever made!

That’s it in a nutshell, but let’s break it down.#1. Best Dr. I looked into several options before I chose Dr. Flores. One of the things I appreciated most was the clear explanation of the procedure and the personalized attention. His technique was meticulous, and I felt confident in his expertise from the start. This was my main reason for choosing him.#2. Friendly staff. From the moment I showed interest, the service I received from the entire team was exceptional, especially from Carla, who guided me through every step.#3. Value. Let's be honest, in the U.S., you either have to pay a fortune, go through endless procedures for approval, or be told you’re not an ideal candidate. Dr. Flores made the process straightforward and affordable, without compromising on quality.#4. Cleanliness. The hospital was spotless, and I felt safe throughout the entire process. All in all, the value and quality of service are worth every penny and then some. If you’re considering orthopedic surgery, Dr. Flores at Orthopedic Surgeries Mexico is the way to go—you won’t regret it!

What an incredible experience! I am 5 months post-op after my knee replacement and walking pain-free for the first time in years. The care I received in Mexico exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was incredible, and the process was smooth from start to finish. I’ll be bringing my family members here for their surgeries as well!

I feel fantastic!

I had my spine surgery done by Dr. Flores 10 months ago. Since then, I’m down 102 pounds and have gained my life back. I’m now walking, doing chores, and living my life to the fullest. As a nurse in the U.S., I can honestly say the quality of care in Mexico exceeded my expectations. I’d do it all over again without hesitation. Thank you, Orthopedic Surgeries Mexico team!

Shoulder Arthroscopy in Mexico
6 days post-op

Hi everyone! I am typically a private person, but I find myself sharing my experience in hopes of helping others. I decided to get shoulder surgery after years of dealing with pain and trying different treatments. After much deliberation, I chose Dr. Flores.

The pre-op process was straightforward, and the team provided excellent support. I'm on a clear liquid diet post-op, and recovery is going well so far. The hospital in Mexico was spotless, and the staff treated me like family. I’ll continue to update as I progress, but I’m already feeling optimistic about my recovery!

Knee Replacement Surgery
adapt
6 days post-op

Hi everyone, I’m nervous about sharing this, as I’m a private person, but reading others' stories has helped me so much that I wanted to contribute and help others if I can.I decided to go ahead with knee replacement surgery because my mobility had severely deteriorated, and I had tried all other non-surgical options. Although I was nervous, I knew it was time to take a big step towards improving my quality of life. I understand that surgery isn’t an “easy fix,” and I’m committed to the necessary rehabilitation and hard work to regain strength. My surgery date was March 12, 2022, and after thorough research and consultations, I chose Dr. Flores at Orthopedic Surgeries Mexico. I’ll do my best to keep you updated on my journey! Wish me luck!

I’ve been following the doctor’s advice for my pre-op plan, which includes a diet to help prepare my body for surgery and make the process easier. It’s been challenging, but I’m feeling optimistic.I’ve also started incorporating more gentle movements to strengthen the muscles around my knee, as suggested by the doctor. I’ve been nervous but excited for the surgery, and I feel confident in my decision. Here’s to hoping for a smooth journey!

It’s the night before surgery, and I’m feeling a mixture of nerves and excitement. My husband and I arrived in Mexico City this afternoon. The hotel provided by Orthopedic Surgeries Mexico is beautiful, and the staff have been incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel is close to the hospital, making it all feel very convenient.Tomorrow is the big day, and even though I’m a little anxious, I’m ready to move forward with improving my mobility. I’ll update you all after the surgery!

It's 6:45 a.m., and we’re about to head to the hospital for pre-op tests and surgery prep. The driver is picking us up shortly. Dr. Flores is expected to begin surgery around 2 p.m, but it will be a long day. I barely slept last night due to excitement and nerves. I’ll share more once I’m out of surgery.

I am now 1 day post-op! The surgery went well. Dr. Flores was very reassuring before the procedure, and that calmed my nerves a lot. The waiting before the surgery was long, and I hadn’t been able to eat or drink, but honestly, my anxiety took away any hunger. The post-op recovery process has been tough, especially managing the pain and nausea, but the medical team has been very attentive. They adjusted my medications quickly when I mentioned how I was feeling, and I’m thankful for their responsiveness. Although it’s only been a day, I already feel optimistic about the future.

My recovery has been steady, and I’ve been doing my best to follow the physical therapy instructions. The first few days were tough—lots of pain and discomfort—but each day I feel a little stronger. I can’t wait to continue my recovery in the comfort of my own home, but if anyone has questions about the process, I’m happy to answer!

I’m one week post-op, and I’ve made noticeable improvements. I’ve been doing well with my prescribed physical therapy exercises, though I still get tired quickly. The swelling around my knee has gone down, and the incision site looks clean and is healing well.I’m staying diligent with my pain management and have started incorporating some gentle movements beyond my daily physical therapy. While it’s slow progress, I’m happy to be seeing improvements and know I’m on my way to a full recovery!

Two weeks post-op today, and I’m feeling stronger every day. I’m walking with much less discomfort, and my range of motion is slowly returning, though it’s still a work in progress. The physical therapy has been tough, but I’m starting to see the results. One thing I’d recommend for anyone undergoing surgery with Orthopedic Surgeries Mexico is to be prepared for the recovery process—be patient with yourself and trust the doctors and physical therapists. They’ve been incredible in guiding me through each step.
